The Snow-Cat Snowmobile is an epic concept design that seems to have been channeled from a future where form and function have amalgamated into something awesome.
Designer Kiran Pal Sagoo tossed aside the gas-powered engine, instead going with a fuel-cell electric power-train coupled with a kinetic energy recovery system. The slick sleds have linear generators that transfer power to the fuel-cell unit while its light carbon fiber frame and aerodynamic form facilitate smooth, fast cuts through the snow. Real-time information is projected onto the digital dashboard ensuring the rider remains in complete control while pushing the snowmobile to its limit.
