Clasp Lenscap

Hrishikesh Kogje calls his conceptual design the “un-misplace-able lenscap”.

Setting out to solve the problem of losing a lenscap – which happens all to often to photographers – the Clasp Lenscap is attached to the camera whether it’s in use or not, eliminating the irritation of misplacing it.

The lenscap is attached via a sliding screw into the slot where the tripod is usually attached, at the base of the camera. With just one or two quick rotations the cap is nice and secure. Because it’s secured to the base of the camera it also provides stability as an added bonus.
