While you can just stick with the same color to give the room a fresher look, you can also pick a whole new color that will bring something brand new to the space. Just make sure that you consider the right things when you’re going to switch the color to something new.
Ideally, you should try to pick a color that’s going to be appealing to most people, especially if you’re planning to put your home on the market before too long. Additionally, you’ll also want to consider the light in the room and how it will impact the way the color comes through in the space. You can determine this by getting a few sample colors and painting swatches that you view at different times of day and in different light to see how they look.
Prep The Room And The Walls
After you’ve decided what color you want to paint your walls and the finish you want the paint to have, you’ll then want to start prepping the room for you to start painting.
