Emil’s website is the type of site you look at and mutter “Damn thats clean” to yourself. You then dive a little deeper below the fold having read how versatile Emil is and look at the work and exclaim rather loudly “S*** that’s fresh!”
Seriously though, have a look. The work is crystal, layout perfect, and the typography is enough to make Apple jealous.
I love the way that unlike most designers who use Apple products to sell their work Emil does the complete opposite and only shows the product shape in its most minimal form.
Graphic design is often (in its most simple form) described as “the process of arranging information visually, through the use of words and images, to communicate a message”. One of the most common factors in this process of arrangement, is the format or space in which these messages are to be communicated.
Darn, he made his sourcecode look cool too. S*** that’s fresh indeed! *envy* ;)
