This family town house by Pitsou Kedem Architects is a six storey residential building located in the bustling city of Tel Aviv, Israel.
The brief was that the town house was to be a haven separate from the hectic city life below – the family wanted to stay in the urban, metropolitan environment but have their privacy, too.
The white exterior and large black-framed windows offer a modern take on the Bauhaus style – which is plethoric in Tel Aviv – while the interior features suspended floors that make the levels feel remarkably open. These levels are connected by a black steel staircase that is as much an architectural centerpiece as a must-have. If you were to climb these steps to the top floor you would be gifted with a wonderful view of the city as well as the use of a pristine blue pool and a green garden open to the skies.
